Use the lemons from the Limoncello to make a refreshing Lemon cordial
1 kg white sugar
500 ml water
500 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml tartaric acid
Water or soda water to serve
Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and tartaric acid. Bring back to boil, and then remove from heat and cool. Pour into sterilised bottles. Serve diluted with ice cold water or soda water.
