
I saw this Hunters Dry clone recipe on the Wort Hogs FaceBook page. Give it a try.
2 Kg Green Apples (I'd suggest Granny Smiths for a dry flavour)
2 Kg brown sugar
20 Five Roses teabags (for colour and tannin)
20g Brewers yeast
20l Water
Boil the water sugar and teabags then let it cool to around 20C or you will kill the yeast. Chop the apples into bite sized chunks and add to the cooled water with the yeast. Cover and leave for 7 days.
