
This is an awesome iced coffee recipe Giada De Laurentis shared in her Giada on the Beach program. You need a cocktail shaker to make this.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cold-brew coffee
1 tablespoon agave syrup (or if you baulk at the price of Agave syrup use Honey or any other sweetner instead)
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions
Combine the coffee, agave and lemon zest in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until frothy. Empty the shaker into a rocks glass.
